Rosemary O'NeillHi Amy I'm going to answer in the support email we have going, but just in case anyone else had a similar question....go to your Settings, under Basics, and choose "Private" rather than "Public." That will put the entire community behind a login, so that "guests" or "visitors" can't see anything without registering. If you want to prevent new registrations, or limit to invitation-only, you can also go in Settings, to Registration Settings, and tick the box to restrict those options as well. [ more ]

LoriHi, @jquinn15 There is not a way to change notifications for any of your members, unless you are wanting to change notifications for some or all of your members to the default notifications you have selected. This is the right place to make the suggestion, though! Lori [ more ]
picopa88Maybe that group of guests have visited the same server and the auto-login memo data is still ongoing, just set the logout and limit to one login device and it will work properly. [ more ]
LoriHi, Caitlin: Do both of users involved share a computer? If so, what may be happening is that the forwarder is logged in on your community site on the computer in question, and when the forwardee sits down and clicks the email, it'll open in the forwarder's account automatically. If this is not what happened (e.g. there is no sharing of machines), please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] so that we can discuss the specific details in a private support ticket. neilOn a related note, it would be great if the Recent Post widget displayed a link to "See More Recent Posts" (than what you set to appear in the widget). The old display posts/replies feature had a "display all" link and it was very handy. Currently, you preset the widget to display a fixed number of posts (up to 50), but invariably our leaders are looking for something that posted "a few days ago" and it has scrolled off the "show last 10" setting we have for that widget. Brian LenzHi Derek, You can set a sitemap.xml via the robots.txt file, which is configurable in your Crowdstack control panel under Settings > Analytics & Ads > Robots.txt. Here's some info about that: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...ion_standard#Sitemap https://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html Hope this helps! Brian [ more ]
LanceOwnersI would also like to support this suggestion. I would also add that this same behavior should take place when declining an applicant to our forums. I would actually like to see that any time you perform a negative action, the admin is presented with a choice to notify or not. Thanks for suggesting this @GidgetKat . Great suggestion. [ more ]
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
