    Hi, I just noticed a display issue related to email headers on my iPhone 6 (it may be a bigger issue elsewhere, but I only have that one mobile device). Essentially, the header is shifted outside of the email bounds to the right. See screen shot. What is causing this and can the issue be fixed?     Hi there, I'm wondering if someone never verified their e-mail during registration, how do we give them access to the site? I've looked at some of the e-mails and I'm pretty sure they aren't spam, I just think people got confused in the process.     We've noticed we have quite a few people who join our online community and then never verify their email address and are concerned that these people are being prevented from accessing our site.     Hi, i am the Admin for forums.elationlighting.com and I checked that forum today and i see there were 5 new posts and 4 of which i never got any email notification about them being created. In short, i am not seeing any new posts via email, i am subscribed to ALL forum sections and i have not gotten any emails to either of my accounts on that forum. some of my co-workers have received the new posts emails, but i have not. I checked my spam folder several times a day, not in there either.

    First, you should attempt to verify that the user is who they say they are. Ask the user to provide you with some of the more obscure information found in their private profile. As an admin, you have the power to create custom fields for the profile, and make them required (or optional). It's a good idea to take advantage of a custom field for security use. If you're still not sure, send an email to the email address on the account to confirm that they would like to change the email address...

    I think the basic age limit should be raised to 18. Just had a high school senior friend me on Facebook simply because I graduated there 25 years earlier. I seriously doubt that she would really want to hang out with a 43 year old truck driver.

    You're welcome Lynda! And the cavalry resolved the issue yesterday...I'm looking to improve our outward communications when things like that happen; we'd like to be much more proactive than we were yesterday, and I'm sorry for that. Harold, I might agree with you. It's kind of funny that the actual age issue never really came up in their discussions. It's probably because there are certain situations where you wouldn't want to lock out 15-16 year olds.

    Hi, Jason: You can direct your users to their profile, in the Preferences section. Under Profile and Appearance they'll see the checkbox for "Receive Emails from Administrators?" If they uncheck the box (and update the profile), they won't get your emails.

    Good morning. You do have a working and valid SPF record for slowtalk.com. We do that for all of the sites that we host the DNS for, such as yours. You can validate that by checking here:http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html Use the top box. Now, that said, here is the part that I think you might be dealing with.     Hi ST- You'll just want to make sure that the style you just created is not associated with emails. You associate styles on the Style Association control panel page. Go to your: Eve Control Panel > Eve > Display > Assignments page. You'll see a page like this: Note the "Email" rows under the Platform, Forums, and Chat sections... those are the rows you want to associate with a style that does not have javascript. Thus, you can either use one of our generic styles or create your own...

    Hi James- It looks like you disabled instant email notifications as a delivery method on your account. Go to your notification settings and under Instant Notification Delivery Methods, check the box for "Email"... currently you are only set to receive on-site alerts. Hope this helps!
