Do both of users involved share a computer? If so, what may be happening is that the forwarder is logged in on your community site on the computer in question, and when the forwardee sits down and clicks the email, it'll open in the forwarder's account automatically.

If this is not what happened (e.g. there is no sharing of machines), please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] so that we can discuss the specific details in a private support ticket.

Note that we announced yesterday that we have switched our support system to an email-based system. While you can still post suggestions here and access the community in general, support tickets will be handled via email.
