Blog Post CommentGreat stuff. One question: In the Activity Point formula, there's a reference to points earned for the author having a post on a support topic "marked as best answer." Can one enable this "best answer" feature in their own community forums? If so, how? I can't seem to locate this option on Hoop.la. Thanks.

Blog Post CommentJust to clarify what Jonmark said... the "mark as best answer" action is a feature in QuestionShark, our customer support product/module. Thus, sites that do not have QuestionShark enabled will never have that option available.

Blog Post CommentThe page views will increment when a user views a topic/blog/clip via the website (standard or mobile). We do not track page views for users viewing the a post via email notification.

Blog Post CommentHi Ted, I didn't realize that I needed this until just this past weekend. This is terrific as we stratafy [sic] features to align with incentives. Congratulations on the new logo. I wish we still had the "powered by" image selector for themes." We'd be much happier with a black or dark gray icon to go with our overall grayscale aesthetic. ST

Question: Are there any restrictions on the geo search, or is it expected to work properly in all parts of the world (provided people have entered a viable postal code)? Asking because my community is very international and I'd like to fully introduce these features in a post. Thanks.
