Okay, am I not online. I write a lot of replies in our community. I'd like to think I'm an original thinker, but it turns out a great deal of what I type is almost boiler-plate text. Here's something I wrote in 2018 in Library of stock messages/message This morning I documented how to make a post that had been forked to a new topic look like this. You can read about that here: Styling a post that has been forked to a new discussion There's a step where you have to edit the post and put some...
What do you think of this? If you're intrigued keep reading. If not; Move along folks. Nothing to see here. Fork to a New Topic We have the cool feature that let us fork a post to a new topic. and the post then gets a tag like this. The Problem But people will often reply to the post anyway - and that just makes things difficult. I just did this. When you click the Read More button it returns to To make this happen. Edit the forked post Edit the post Source Code Add the highlighted text...
Good evening, I am hoping I can get some advice please. It appears our conversation in chat groups is deleting after a period of time but I have not set that to happen. Please can you let me know where these settings are? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi, we're planning to use your SSO to be integrated with our own registration and login system. I have a ques: how do we actually login to crowdstack from our site with the use of SSO? I checked your API calls and can see that you have endpoints for SSO member lookup as well as the login endpoint however, in your login, we need to provide the password which we don't have since we're just logging in from our site. Please let me know what do we need to do or use to achieve this. Thanks.
It would be really convenient to have some "at a glance" shorthand "Permission Notes" in the CP's Forum Topics View showing Who Can View Subject/View Content/Post/Reply --without having to open each one. Invariably we think a permission is set a certain way for something and it's not. Put the shorthand "permission" notes in the wide-open space between the forum's name and the trashcan in a tiny font. ourURL/cp/forum-structure Shorthand examples: View Subj: All; Content: Spec Roles; Reply:...
None! We get one of those horrible 10 minute meetings around a white board every morning at 10.30 There is a stupid name for them but I forget what it is. Pace setter or Lean I think) Gahhh performance indicators, targets, "The 3 C's" (don't ask) H & E considerations. Issues. and AOB. all while standing looking at a board with so many figures on they lose their purpose. Predicted hours of work / actual hours worked. Priorities.... All spouted off parrot fashion. You walk away back to...
I actually think that's a completely valid point Xochi! Very often highly technical folks have a hard time explaining things in a simple way, and non-technical folks can't really express the hard-core information you need. It's an art not a science, for certain. I think how we'd like to handle that is by tag-teaming those really slippery technical questions, training everyone to listen first, and truly making sure that even the unspoken concerns get addressed. And if you ever feel like...
Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime. And in that spirit, add the steps to our wiki so we can do it again. [deleted no longer relevant comment]

You sure can! On your blog page, on the right hand column, you should see an RSS link. Just grab that and feed it into Hootsuite as I described above, and voila. Just let me know if you run into any trouble, and I can help further.
