    Hi, can you tell me if you have any plans to diminish the tags on the clips in image-centric mode? And if the titles will be pushed closer to the bottom of the images?     Hi, the survey preview mode does not always reflect what was entered, which makes it difficult to rely on the preview mode for proofing the survey (the same is true of the blog - the preview formatting is COMPLETELY different, but I think I noted this elsewhere). The specific issue with the survey seems to be that, if you change the initial entered order of multiple choice options and save them, the preview doesn't reflect the changes that were saved, but instead reveals items in the order...

    Hi, this question is urgent, as I'm trying to finish a post for a usual Saturday delivery. I have some small (1.9-2.9MB or so) animated gifs that I want to upload, but . . . I am having trouble. They seem to upload, but then they sit in "Processing" mode indefinitely, so I have yet to get one to complete the process and embed in the post. Are gifs supported on the blog? Any tips?     Hi, Can I do a search for all unanswered topics (topics with 0 replies ever). I already have a recipe that notifies me when a post goes unanswered for 24 hours, but despite all best intentions, sometimes things go unanaswered. We're in "Leave no customer behind" mode and we're trying to clean things up. How would you find all unanswered topics? Thanks, ST

    Good morning! There is a link to the Eve owners guide on the "summary" page when you first go into the control panel. I'm also attaching the PDF for you here. To set a Custom Graemlin go into your control panel, under Display>>Custom Graemlins. You'll find more detailed info in the owners guide on page 39. Let me know if you need any more help!

    Hi mod_ben, It looks like there are a lot of Javascript errors on those pages (likely caused by custom code in your HEAD/header/footer HTML in your style). The first error is: Have you made any changes to your style HTML lately that might be causing this? There's a good chance those javascript issues are cascading and causing Eve's javascript to fail loading, which quite possibly could be related to the images not loading. Also, it looks like you are including jquery-min.js in your HEAD tag.

    I'm thinking that the Activity Stream could be cool for our Forums -- but I can't figure out where to turn it on/off. When I go into Edit Mode and try to do it directly on the page, I get this message: Can't figure out where that is? The personalized version seems cool.

    Hi, I just got a report that images attached to blog posts and clip posts are not automatically resizing to fit the viewing pane on the above device when in portrait mode. For instance, this is a long image (banner size - about 1000 pixels) and it's cut off to the right. Works fine on landscape mode on above device and in both modes on my iPad, but user insists that it's not working on her device in this one mode. Please let me know if you have any insights.     Julia, I don't have an iPad. Would you test the Puffin (free) web browser app and see if that will let you upload photos with your iPad? It works on my iPod in full interface mode. (I can't get mobile interface to fully load on my iPod.) iPod Touch (4th gen), iOS 6.1.5, Puffin web browser app.

    Actually, I only tried the standard interface after trying the mobile interface and it didn't work. In the mobile interface when I click on upload new, it takes me to a Clips-Upload screen OK, but when I hit the Choose... button, it does nothing. After trying this repeatedly, I went to the standard interface which is when I got the Flash error. I can't get it to upload in either mode.

    Hi, between 12 and 7 hours ago, I started having issues with clip sets not getting saved/displayed with photo uploads, despite clip sets being selected.     Hi, I tried to email a member from the Manage Member area, but I can't get any text to appear in the text box. When I try to type in it, it won't open up.     Hi, I've been having this issue for a very long time and figured it was time to report it. If I edit a post (anywhere, in the blog or forums) multiple times, the following symbol ("") gets inserted into the code whenever I add a new space (I think). At least it gets added at editing points. When I view the final text in editing mode (before publishing), these extra spaces don't reveal. But when I go to post, they do reveal, which can lead to weird line breaks (premature line breaks) when...

    I know from my experience on another forum that if the compatibility mode has been set on for the forum in IE8 that it confuses the layout of pages. In IE8 check Tools - Compatability View Settings. If the forum address is shown in the results, delete it and restart IE8 to see if that helps.
