Blog Post CommentI could have sworn I was told that I have to pay a charge for excess visitors or bandwidth of some kind? It was going to appear on my bill but you said you would hold off the charges until the new feature was released and then give me the choice of the extra charges or limit the BOTS. This is really confusing. Can you confirm then that my site will have no additional charges if I DONT limit the bots on my site?

Blog Post CommentHi Richard- Your plan has a billable page view limit (not a bandwidth limit). And if you exceed your billable page views, you will incur charges. Thus, if you are close to exceeding your account's limit, then you may want to consider using the throttling option. For questions about your specific account, please post to our support area.

Blog Post CommentHi @MHK@CS2 - Pips will have normal permissions, so you will definitely be able to limit who can post pips to specific circles, if you like. If you never moved your site over to "Cardmode", you are still on Version 1. See this blog post , which explained v1 vs. v2. I can see that your site is still on Version 1.

The general scope is just a feed of everything, without regard to the logged in user who's viewing it. The "personalized" scope will display a feed that's specific to the person viewing it (so it will show things you're following). Personalized version looks different to every person viewing it. Topic Reply🏆Hi Amy I'm going to answer in the support email we have going, but just in case anyone else had a similar question....go to your Settings, under Basics, and choose "Private" rather than "Public." That will put the entire community behind a login, so that "guests" or "visitors" can't see anything without registering. If you want to prevent new registrations, or limit to invitation-only, you can also go in Settings, to Registration Settings, and tick the box to restrict those options as well.

Topic ReplyMaybe that group of guests have visited the same server and the auto-login memo data is still ongoing, just set the logout and limit to one login device and it will work properly.
