Blog Post CommentWhy do you think it was that there was no trouble on the original Groupee side of things until it merged into LiveCloud?. You have to admit we had a very well behaved bunch. Sadly this no longer exists as a result of these "rogue group of members" We had something special IMO.

Blog Post CommentAre you talking about the GaGaJoyJoy users? If so, then that would be due to that community being merged into LiveCloud. The original Groupee and LiveCloud are the same thing (at the core), just with the addition and subtraction of some features.

You see... there is actually a need for a 'support' function in the way it may not be seen by many in the way you explain. Someone who will just say... don't worry... Someone who can interpret concerns expressed here and express them on behalf of members who can't do so. It's like pastoral care. ( notice the compliment and the almost apologetic way of stepping in Groupee was the first Bloggers site I had ever joined with confidence. It was the newness of the Social network on offer that gave me a feeling of belonging. Prior to that I could not "break the ice" anywhere else. I think blogging is easier than joining a forum. In the case of your site, since you are on a multi-tenant shared plan, it's not available just yet. Once it is available, you will see the Scope dropdown that Ted showed in his screenshot. Blog Post Commentstrangely enough, I have noticed a reversal on LiveCloud. Names being changed, Avi's that used to portray the real person being replaced with pictorial representations. It is difficult to be the real you when you are afraid that there are rather unsavoury people floating about who have more than a mean attitude. Groupee had a very personal touch about it. Blog Post CommentI'm absolutely loving the LiveCloud features! Thank you. The backdating of posts is enabling me to add old entries from old blogs here and organize my pre-LiveCloud photos into date order. The ability to insert clips straight into the post body does save me a lot of time too! Now I can just drag and drop them after they are in there. I haven't tried the new clip insertion yet, it sounds great!

Some of the Faceless options out there just turn me off. So from my point of view your "recipe" is very tasty. I would love to know how you manage your Email in box...
