Crowdstack Discussion❤️💯Hey everyone- We've made a couple of changes to the way that our customer support system works. 1. All customer support tickets are now always private. That means that only the person that created the ticket and our support staff can see each ticket. This way, no one ever has to worry about private details about their sites being made visible to the world. 2. Because those customer support tickets are always private now, we disabled the "suggestions" option in the Customer Support area.

Not because no one likes me, but because I only set it up to keep up with two friends who live abroad (the other one lives round the corner). I reject all the friend requests that I receive

Having the support of friends / family with thriving online social networks helps a ton. And I realized that I should sign up for a FB page so I could entice regular FB users BACK to my site by posting news and blog post links there. Learning a lot and loving what you guys are doing! Where are you located? A couple people have asked and I can't figure it out. Morgan

Blog Post CommentI'm trying to set up a custom page, but for both Inherit or choosing a theme it is mandatory to input custom HTML. I don't have custom HTML as I want it to use the current theme's. What is the solution for this?

Blog Post CommentHi Pearl, The custom HTML field is where you put the contents of your custom page. This field is required, as there's no point to having a custom page without any content on it You don't need to worry about putting any custom CSS or theme settings in that box. Does that help? Brian

Blog Post CommentHi @Pretty Thunder ! Since this article was posted, (a couple of years ago), we have added the ability to include widgets on a custom page, so that might help you get part way there. If you'd like us to create the custom page for you, you could consider buying an hour of professional services time ($200). To take care of that (or ask more specific questions), just post a fresh support topic and we'll get you taken care of!

It is always so empowering to see what other people are doing to build community, and how they are connecting online and offline relationships and projects to make the world we live in better. I'm struggling to make the conversion from Facebook to our new (3 months) Hoop.la site (LakelandConnection.com) but this has reminded me to be patient. I look forward to more case studies like this!
