In Crowdstack, if you click your name (top right) there's a menu item Posting Tips . We wanted to control where that link went (instead of https://yoursite/member-cp/posting-tips ) Here's what we did. Hi, i am the Admin for forums.elationlighting.com and I checked that forum today and i see there were 5 new posts and 4 of which i never got any email notification about them being created. In short, i am not seeing any new posts via email, i am subscribed to ALL forum sections and i have not gotten any emails to either of my accounts on that forum. some of my co-workers have received the new posts emails, but i have not. I checked my spam folder several times a day, not in there either.
In my automated messages, I often greet members by their username (in the email salutation), but your system automatically links their user name to their member profile and thus gives their name the default link color, which is a different color than the rest of the email text. This makes the email look more like a form letter than I would like (as if I just filled in a blank with their name). Of course, this is precisely what happens, but I would like their names not to look so obviously...

I think the basic age limit should be raised to 18. Just had a high school senior friend me on Facebook simply because I graduated there 25 years earlier. I seriously doubt that she would really want to hang out with a 43 year old truck driver.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
