Rosemary, Any chance you guys could borrow a Nextel camera phone and do a swarm test of the moblogging bug that James and I are experiencing?

Ah, sorry for being a bit vague, but I meant that I already fiddled with the feature and added a test logo. Is it possible to remove the set logo and go back to using no logo at all? I can find an edit button next to the set logo, but that doesn't seem to allow removal of the logo.

Sounds good! Yet I hope this 'phasing stage' allows us to make and test a new theme prior to the permanent rollout. Otherwise visitors might feel like they're visiting a different site instead of an updated version of the site they know. That's how important themes are. In my eyes, themes are a site's soul in an otherwise faceless body of information. Maybe make a 'test site' of some sort when the final product is ready? This would allow preparation of a fresh theme without your main site...

Hi Slaz- Yes, indeed. The whole point of the staging area will be to allow you to create/test themes and custom CSS on the responsive platform prior to actually moving your site onto it.

Thanks for your comments, James. I don't disagree that Facebook has potential to serve a purpose for keeping in touch. My experience has been that while it has that potential, it doesn't typically play out in practice. I typically have used email/IM for those types of "light" contact, instead. I think that Hoop.la has a lot of the tools that are needed to enable networking and community in an effective way. If you haven't already, I'd recommend you check it out (you can set up a free site to...

I think Hoop.la is a brilliant solution to social networking and we're happy to have had the chance to test it out. Our review is here: Hoop.la Review

Hi EL LORO, I tested this in Windows 10, all of these are working for me. Windows Edge Firefox Google Chrome Opera It also works in the mobile device emulators here: http://mobiletest.me/htc_one_emulator/ I don't own any Apple devices so I can't test or report on them from direct experience. Interestingly, I use a great product called ActiveWords . It allows you to create keyboard shortcuts. It is similar to AutoHotKey. When I created an ActiveWord for (Enter, Left Arrow, Enter x 3) the...

Hi Rich. Please post your site's url. topic-list-box needs "padding" inside the container: Here's what we're using: .h-ubb-topic-list-box { background-color:#DEDFE0; border:1px solid #DEDFE0; padding:10px; } The How-to: I turn on Chrome's built in "Inspector" to view the CSS which is controlling whatever element I've highlighted on the webpage. (I place my cursor over the element on the site, then right click and select "inspector). Up pops a window with the html and the css source which I...

Let me see if I can get this to work in the wysiwyg editor: This is a test Which definitely works. I think that the issue you are having is that you are trying to use the fas class, which I'm not sure is available in Font Awesome 4.7 (the version we are currently using in Crowdstack). We have plans to upgrade this in an upcoming release. Next, since the WYSIWYG does not have Font Awesome icon support built directly into it you will need to use the "Source code" option on the far right to...

No, I wasn't blocked. I just noticed that in the past if I signed up as a new member under my IP address on my hoop.la site using a different email address as a test member, I could not send a dialog to that test member & I attributed that to having the same IP since I was also the Admin because the system shows the registration IP & the last IP used to login. If the system however is not wired to see that as a conflict, then something else was blocking my ability to receive a dialog...

Another good practice is to 'test' your Knowledge Base with actual people, such as employees or friends at home. Basically, you'd want them to play the role of a customer in need of support having a common problem. Then make them use the site to see if they can find the answer, all while you watch what they're clicking on and looking at. Google does this all the time to improve their web UI's, but they have some nifty glasses that actually register the eye movement of the attendees.

@Julie Usher - please request a demo site to test Card Mode by creating a new support topic. This goes for any other existing customers that might want to kick the tires. Please note that we won't be able to set you up with a demo site though until after Card Mode is officially released (which should be soon). We will give access to a free demo site for two weeks, so only request it once you are ready to spend time to properly test it. Thanks!

I'm not ready to test it right now (it's coming at the busiest time of the year . . .), so it sounds like I shouldn't set up a support topic just yet. And I'm not able to monitor this site in the next few weeks to know when you release it. I think it would make more sense for you to open up a thread on the topic for everyone once you've released the feature - and just ask people to comment there if/when they want to test it. Thanks!

OK, thanks for that. I will have to dig in with a test account on my site.

My question is, is it possible to "clone" simply the table schema without the data? I am aware that we can manually script the database and run that script. However, our table schema changes frequently (we constantly add new columns and tables), and we don't want to update this script. Thank you very much. DMV Practice Test DMV P
