Hey everyone- We've made a couple of changes to the way that our customer support system works. 1. All customer support tickets are now always private. That means that only the person that created the ticket and our support staff can see each ticket. This way, no one ever has to worry about private details about their sites being made visible to the world. 2. Because those customer support tickets are always private now, we disabled the "suggestions" option in the Customer Support area.

Hi, Caitlin: Do both of users involved share a computer? If so, what may be happening is that the forwarder is logged in on your community site on the computer in question, and when the forwardee sits down and clicks the email, it'll open in the forwarder's account automatically. If this is not what happened (e.g. there is no sharing of machines), please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] so that we can discuss the specific details in a private support ticket.

Well visiting America/Seattle depends on Elizabeths recovery from this Pemphigoid condition. It is so sensitive that we fear a prolonged flight may antagonise it. However people are supposed to recover so we will see. We would love to Amtrak it from Chicago to Seattle have va few days with you lot again then go back via a different route. No, I wasn't blocked. I just noticed that in the past if I signed up as a new member under my IP address on my hoop.la site using a different email address as a test member, I could not send a dialog to that test member & I attributed that to having the same IP since I was also the Admin because the system shows the registration IP & the last IP used to login. If the system however is not wired to see that as a conflict, then something else was blocking my ability to receive a dialog...
You can change all colors related to the post type boxes in your Theme. Look for the these two sections: The "Cards" theme section controls the boxes themselves (the colors used for the boxes, including link color), while the "Module Color" section controls the top border you see at the top of each post type box. Thus, it is completely configurable, so you can make it looks anyway you like. If you have specific issues changing theme colors, please let us know via a support ticket. Thanks!
