Hi @MHK@CS2 - The Crowdstack application does not currently use the term "role" in any sense. Recipes do not either. Recipes have triggers, conditions and actions, but not "roles". You can target specific circles in a recipe (as a "condition" and through certain "actions"). You are absolutely right Ted. It is a clinical and judgemental term for what should be the backbone to any organisation. It defines 'humans' as a replicable resource. But we all are unique and the skill for any organisation is to recognise what part of us makes us valuable.

Reference: Bloggasm? Oddme springs to mind What?? I've never either used that term or inspired someone to a bloggasm... unless there's something you're not telling me, Gel. Adding any word to "meme" as well: techmeme for example. Heck, I could even do away with "meme" as an expression of those stupid online things I occasionally fall prey to.
Hi Julia- Even though your attachment is broken, I think I know what you are asking. By default, we setting the dropdown menu option on that page to "Search Wordlets". There are thousands of wordlets, so we default to "search" to make it easier for you to find the word/term you are looking for. To see all wordlets, or only the customized/uncustomized wordlets, you can change the dropdown menu on the right side of the page.
