Suggestions👍We were alerted by one of our admin users that when an email notification from our crowdstack was forwarded from one user to another, the links open up to the forwarder's account without a login prompt. I am unable to pinpoint why this would occur. Can anyone help troubleshoot with me? Thank you!

Blog Post CommentHello Could you please explain just how the new ‘multi quote’ function can be used when you wish to quote from a previous page, as well as the current page? This is often the case especially when a new page has only one or two post on it. I know that you can post a quote from a previous page; we need to be able to quote from more than one page. Having the posting page tied to the current page (crazy) prevents me from being able to do this as the first quote selected cannot survive the page...

Thus, if you are close to exceeding your account's limit, then you may want to consider using the throttling option. For questions about your specific account, please post to our support area.

Topic Reply👍Hi, Caitlin: Do both of users involved share a computer? If so, what may be happening is that the forwarder is logged in on your community site on the computer in question, and when the forwardee sits down and clicks the email, it'll open in the forwarder's account automatically. If this is not what happened (e.g. there is no sharing of machines), please email us at [email protected] or [email protected] so that we can discuss the specific details in a private support ticket.

Topic ReplyHi James- It looks like you disabled instant email notifications as a delivery method on your account. Go to your notification settings and under Instant Notification Delivery Methods, check the box for "Email"... currently you are only set to receive on-site alerts. Hope this helps!

Blog Post CommentI love how they use circles. It is a great way to organize your friends by their relationship. So many time with Facebook, you cannot specify how they are related to you. Hopefully we will see a bit more iphone application development in this realm. The app that Google has out now could use a bit more polishing. What do you guys think?

Blog Post CommentWell visiting America/Seattle depends on Elizabeths recovery from this Pemphigoid condition. It is so sensitive that we fear a prolonged flight may antagonise it. However people are supposed to recover so we will see. We would love to Amtrak it from Chicago to Seattle have va few days with you lot again then go back via a different route. Probably expensive but worth it.

In the past I've attempted to do this refreshing obsolete accounts with new personage to take over the account, but when I'd open a dialog with them, the system wouldn't allow me to message the member due to the same IP I guess. So I'm wondering, will I have the same problem under the new release if I register people.
