*sigh* It's over. Michael is (or at least was edited to seem) a bit clueless. Went home last night. Guess we'll have to pay up....

As I told in the "What would you like us to do next"? survey last month, a webspace manager is just what I was looking for. Amazing to see it implemented so quickly!

There is no known bug concerning emails/notifications (not sure who told you there was). We did add discussion forums in the last couple of months though, so I am guessing you are noticing notifications from the forums (though there are not that many posts there). In any event, you can update your personal notification settings anytime here: https://hey.crowdstack.com/member-cp/follows Hope that helps!

Hi Phil, and thanks for being such a long-time customer! Looks like you need to get SSL enabled on your site; there were some changes in the last few years on that front ( https://hey.crowdstack.com/blo...y-for-your-community ). If you'd like us to add an SSL certificate for your site, just click this link to start a support ticket .

On a related note, it would be great if the Recent Post widget displayed a link to "See More Recent Posts" (than what you set to appear in the widget). The old display posts/replies feature had a "display all" link and it was very handy. Currently, you preset the widget to display a fixed number of posts (up to 50), but invariably our leaders are looking for something that posted "a few days ago" and it has scrolled off the "show last 10" setting we have for that widget. (Yes, we could...

What if indeed!. Where I work, some valuable staff went from being potential members of a team of excellence to being mere call centre staff in the space of 6 months. People who were proud of their jobs and performance now consider themselves to be mere cogs in a machine, little appreciated and as such, no longer perform at their best and want out. All of this because of one manager who, to quote his own words. "Had his eye on those staff for some time, as they were achievers." He did not...

I've been using my earbuds the last couple of days, because of this road construction noise, and it helps. On Facebook, I hide the game posts as they come up, that way I can keep it to the "nuggets". The only problem is that there's no way to do this on the phone app, so I have to log on via computer occasionally to fix this. I'm a bit surprised the iPhone app doesn't have a facility for this, but maybe they will in a future version.

Thanks for sharing your round-the-country trip. It was so much fun to get new photos of the kids. Though I do think a color timeline to see their tan progression over the last month would be awesome. I'm quite fond of the red disney days. Glad you've all made it back safely!

Hi Lynda- Your site will be set up on our upgrade/beta server around the end of August, assuming current projections hold up. While on that server, you will be able to create new theme(s) and change other settings so you can see what your site looks like on the new codebase. Then, once that "upgrade/beta" period ends, we will start the process of upgrading all live sites to the new codebase (and we will bring over all new themes/settings you set on that beta/upgrade server over automatically...

No, I wasn't blocked. I just noticed that in the past if I signed up as a new member under my IP address on my hoop.la site using a different email address as a test member, I could not send a dialog to that test member & I attributed that to having the same IP since I was also the Admin because the system shows the registration IP & the last IP used to login. If the system however is not wired to see that as a conflict, then something else was blocking my ability to receive a dialog...

Thanks for this tip, Rosemary. The last time I checked, Pinterest also uses the "Title " info for what shows up as the description on a pin. It would be nice to have an easier way (other than accessing the HTML code) to add a data-pin-description. (Sheesh. Your customers are always wanting more!)

Hi Robert, I'd be happy to chat with you. Our FeePod fee structure has changed over the last few months, and might be more of an option. I'll send you an email shortly so we can chat further offline.

Thanks Rosemary. I like the image of FB as a "feeder outpost." That's how we use it, though as a "Page" instead of a "Group." In our experience, having a "page" on FB is even less of an outpost than it used to be. Over the last two or three years, we've seen them severely limit the amount of "organic" (unpaid) "reach." New posts to our Page used to get seen by half of our followers on FB, but now we're lucky to get 20% reach into the newsfeeds of those who ASKED to follow us. Reason: FB...

I often create long databases (with lots of fields) that I need to clone (i.e., I need variations with only a title or field change) and it is super onerous/time-consuming to have to completely reenter 20-plus fields to effectively recreate the database. I've mentioned this suggestion a few times now over the last two years and really hope it will be acted on soon.
