Morgan- It will be a paid option because we will be tightly integrating it with Hoop.la's existing content moderation system, including options to send spam-detected posts to the Hoop.la moderation queue, delete automatically, and delete and ban users automatically. We will also have a "restore" queue for deleted spam.

Thanks Rosemary for the tips. I especially like the Survey idea. Once upon a time, we used them to actually "survey" members about issues/ideas, but now I see that it's also a good idea to provide a point of easy-engagement. Update: We just posted a single survey question and got over a hundred engagements in the first two days One thing we've tried to do is assign "monitoring and response" duties to various members of our admin/moderator group so that every post gets responded to. I'm trying to figure out where to put this CSS. I asked about adding badges to title names and I got this response and link to this article. I somehow got to Automation Rules, then creating a rule for Activity Milestones using triggers, but I don't see where to add CSS. Can you point me to where I can do this so it can be based off of points or triggers? Thanks!

Hi, @Valerie Krist : I just saw this and wondered if you'd gotten an answer someplace else? If not, you'll want to go to Settings>>Design>>Display Settings, and add that CSS to the field marked "Custom CSS".

Hi Robert, I'd be happy to chat with you. Our FeePod fee structure has changed over the last few months, and might be more of an option. I'll send you an email shortly so we can chat further offline.

You could temporarily move them to a Role that doesn't have posting permissions (or create such a Role for this purpose).
