    Today I discovered that all the various Clips posted to our Hoopla site were being marked as Premium Content. I didn't originally set it up that way, but somewhere along the line it got changed. It is our intent that all clips should be viewable by everyone. When I un-checked the box to "Mark All Clips As Premium" it didn't do what I expected it to do.     Hello, We don't currently have any plans to change the SitePay subscription process. Additionally, the process shouldn't change at all for your users as a result of the change tomorrow. When a subscription expires, it must be manually purchased again from your site. You can think of SitePay as being similar to a PayPal or Google Checkout service. It is a one-stop shop for managing your credit card details and purchase history, as well as handling renewals while you still have a subscription.

    Hi Rich, You'll need to use the specific permission circle's numeric ID in the selector, as I mentioned above to Brisotti. You can grab that ID from the URL and then use a CSS selector like .h-member-badge-XXX:before (where XXX is the numeric ID) instead of .h-member-badge-premium:before . Hope that helps! Brian

    Hi Brisotti, The code should go into your Display Settings control panel in the Custom CSS box. You need to make sure you use the permission circle's group ID instead of "premium" if it's not a premium permission group. For your Patrocinador circle, that numeric ID is 350043526109298115, which you can see in the URL when editing the permission circle's details. I changed your selector to .h-member-badge-350043526109298115, which fixed the problem (you also had replaced the 'h' with "webkits"...

    Hi Brisotti, For that specific badge, the selector is .h-member-badge-350043526109298115 so the font can be controlled with something like this: .h-member-badge-350043526109298115 { font-size: 0.8rem; } Note that we don't generally offer free assistance with Custom CSS.     Ah, sorry for being a bit vague, but I meant that I already fiddled with the feature and added a test logo. Is it possible to remove the set logo and go back to using no logo at all? I can find an edit button next to the set logo, but that doesn't seem to allow removal of the logo.

    Hi Slaz- Sounds like just something we need to fix. We probably just need to add a delete option for that scenario. These sorts of things are really better suited for our support site, but I will go ahead and add that to our to-do list so we can fix it.

    Hi, Rich: In the Manage Content section of the control panel, search for All Clips, and check the box that says "Premium Content Only". Once you have the search results, select all of them, and then choose "Mark As Not Premium" from the dropdown menu at the bottom. That should do the trick! Lori

    Hi: FeePod CAN be disabled, although that may not be necessary. If yours was the only premium membership sold on your site, you can simply cancel your membership in your (personal) control panel (Manage>>Your Account>>Premium Memberships. You'll want to do that pretty soon to avoid the automatic renewal of that membership. Note that you can also disable premium memberships from your control panel, which will only prevent new and renewal memberships. That may be all you need to...

    Yes, if you're talking about blog posts, you can restrict access to a blog collection to only premium members. You can also restrict access to a specific forum (a set of topics), or a Resource set (a bunch of files). You can also restrict access to any specific individual blog post, forum topic, or resource to paid-only members.
