If I have a calendar event that is already posted, is there a way of re-triggering a notification for it without deleting it and creating a new one to replace it? For example, if I have something on the calendar 5 months out - I may want to readvertise it closer to the event, but without deleting it from the calendar and starting over.

Hi, Aaron:

There isn't a way to re-push a notification out, but you could use a News Flash to advertise the event. You could even do that more than once, for the same event. You can find the News Flash in the Design section of your control panel. When you create a News Flash, it will be displayed to each signed-in community member once per visit (session), until the member acknowledges the message. So, you could do one a month before the event, for instance. Then, a week or so before the event, you can send out another one if you like. Note that you can only have one news flash at a time, so you'd have to delete the old one before you send a new one.

Does that sound like a solution that would work for you?
