With this latest change, we can no longer provide a message to folks that are applying for membership on our forum.  When we decline an application, we always provide a note to the person letting them know why and how they can fix it. (We don't accept bogus mailing addresses, for example.) When we click on the decline button and the window comes up, there is no place to type in a message.  Before this latest change we were able to do that. Same with approvals now. You have made this process much more time-consuming and difficult to do.

This update was not an example of your best work. You tried to fix a bunch of things that weren't broken and didn't need fixed. The end result is that most of the everyday tasks we have to perform now take longer.
