I would like to suggest that the Alert Bells in the Alerts section do not disappear until you have accessed the specific alert. Currently all the Unread indicators (Bells) disappear when you access the Alerts list but not necessarily access the actual alert itself. I would also like to see the numeric indicator in the top nav show the actual number of unread Alerts. This number would tick down by 1 every time you accessed an unread alert. Hi Chrissanne, For your notifications, you might want to double check that your "comments/replies" notifications are turned on, in addition to the primary content ones. To gather up your latest content for a weekly update, the easiest way would be to go to your control panel, under Manage Content, and do a search by date. Make sure that you tick the box that says "include comments/replies." That will give you a list that you can work with. Then for the email, you can incorporate quotes with...

Thanks and Happy New Year @Brian Lenz . I did try and update the metadata according to your instructions, however, the issue still exists. I reset the settings then I realized that the issue only exists if I tick the checkbox for enabling the SSO as shown in the screenshot below: Not sure how to proceed with this. Hi Amy I'm going to answer in the support email we have going, but just in case anyone else had a similar question....go to your Settings, under Basics, and choose "Private" rather than "Public." That will put the entire community behind a login, so that "guests" or "visitors" can't see anything without registering. If you want to prevent new registrations, or limit to invitation-only, you can also go in Settings, to Registration Settings, and tick the box to restrict those options as well.
