Will there be any posssibility to mix and match? I like the card idea for our clips, for instance, but want to keep our carefully-curated 'front page' which weights different elements differently.

Also, is it possible to have an off-line preview to see the effect it would have?

Hi @Paul Heymont - there is no option for mix and match, nor will be there an offline preview option. If you need to experiment on a demo site, though, we can arrange that for you (after it is released).

When it is released will all sites default to it, or will we be able to wait-and-see?

Hi Paul- No, it will not be the default for existing sites. You will have to switch to it, if you with to try/use it.

Agree with Paul's comment below - a more modular approach to rolling out this feature would be preferred. I don't want to alter my home page, but might want to use this feature in the Clips or other areas (depending on how it looks and works, and how long it takes me to reformat it to fit the branding of my site).

@Julie Usher - It's not possible to do this on a module by module basis. If you want to try experimenting on a separate demo site, though, let us know and we can set you up with one.

Please note that we won't be able to set you up with a demo site though until after Card Mode is officially released (which should be soon). I'm not ready to test it right now (it's coming at the busiest time of the year . . .), so it sounds like I shouldn't set up a support topic just yet. And I'm not able to monitor this site in the next few weeks to know when you release it. I think it would make more sense for you to open up a thread on the topic for everyone once you've released the feature - and just ask people to comment there if/when they want to test it. Thanks!
