In our next update for Hoop.la, we'll be making it a lot easier for you to customize each section of your site. 

Widgets On Every Page

Currently, we only support the placement of widgets on the home page.  Soon, the right sidebar of just about every page will be available for widgets.  Better yet, these sidebar widgets can be unique per "module".  That means that the sidebar for your blog pages can be different from your forum pages, for instance.

Custom Widgets

Aside from our stock widgets, you'll be able to create your own custom widgets.  Use whatever HTML, javascript, or Flash code you want. It's a great way to really flesh out your pages the way you want.

More Stock Widgets

Our built-in widgets will be adding some new parameters to give you more control, and we'll be adding some brand new widgets, as well. For instance, there will be an audio widget for playing songs directly in the widget.  There will also be a new Twitter widget for featuring a particular Twitter account or list right on your site.
