I want to be sure I am correctly telling our users how to re-new their premium membership.  Is this correct?


(1) If their membership has not yet lapsed, they should go to


(2) If their membership has lapsed they need to visit (in our case)


What happens if they go to option one and their premium membership has expired?  Can you please tell me what it tells them? (The exact words would be very helpful).

Hi Carol,


Yep, those are the proper steps to manually renewing/purchasing a premium membership.  If a user doesn't have a subscription, then they will see a screen on SitePay as shown in the attachment I've included with this post.


If the user doesn't have a subscription, then they will just need to visit your site to purchase one.
