A spammer(s) has hijacked my email address. I was told that simply changing my password would resolve the issue. Is this all I need to do?
Specifically, Comcast has marked my domain as a spammer. How do I change this?
You can update your email password by logging into the Direct Admin control panel for your site. http://tree-tech.com/config
Once you have changed your email passwords let me know and I will see if I can get the server off of Comcast's email black list.

I have submitted the request for blocklist removal to Comcast. It is hit or miss whether or not they actually respond but I will let you know if they do.
Comcast says they have removed the server IP from their blocklist so you should be able to send mail to comcast email addresses again.

I went back to some old wood tech texts after I wrote the first note
and realized my error on parenchyma.=A0 Oops.=A0 <br>
I re-finished more of the slab.=A0 Some of the rings were confusing
until I realized there was a lot of compression wood on one side.=A0
That helped.=A0 I also tried applying toluidine blue stain.=A0 This
helped a lot with discerning the early and late wood areas.=A0 I=92m
fairly confident I have the data I need now.=A0 <br>

There isn't really anything else I can do since it doesn't seem like there is a compromised email account on the server sending out buckets of spam. It is probably because people with email subscriptions are reporting spam/abuse instead of unsubscribing from the content they are getting emails for and so Comcast blacklists the server IP...
Is there something more I should be doing? Is there another security option I should enable?
It is not just mail from your account that Comcast is blocking, it is mail from the entire server.
Setting a strong non-dictionary based password is the best you can do for an email account. If you are getting email bounce messages for emails that you didn't send, it might still be a problem and you might want to change your password again.
