Not sure if this has been suggested already but it would be great to be able to check a box next to items in our support queues and then select a bulk action (mark as answered/resolved would be the most common) to apply to all of them. It could default to suppressing the notification to the member, or have a send all/suppress all option.  Typically I go back and try to clean up my queue once a week and this would be a big help. Thanks!

Hi Mary!

You can already do this, but just not directly via the Support Queue. Instead, go to Settings > Content > Manage/Search. On that page, filter to the Customer Support content type, and then you can limit results by topic type, as well as limit by status. You'll want to uncheck Include Comments/Replies, and you may want to change the sort order to Date.

Once you have the search results, you can multi-select the content in the results and there is an action to "Change Support Topic Status" in the action dropdown.

I know this isn't exactly what you're asking for, but hopefully it gives you a quicker way to do what you want!
