There isn't an automation trigger for when members have an invitation accepted, yet, but it's something that is on our radar.
In the meantime, you can increase the number of points given when a member has an invitation accepted, and then set up an automation rule to alert you when someone reaches a higher point total, and use that to generate incentives like custom titles, t-shirts, or whatever.
To increase the number of points given when a member has accepted, you'd go here: Settings>Members>Activity Points Formula. The "Member Invitation Accepted" option is at the bottom of the page. I'd just give that a high point value relative to the rest of the activities, and then click the "Update Points" button.
If you want to set up an Automation Rule to alert yourself when someone reaches a point total, you can find that here: Settings>General>Automation Rules, and then click the link to add a rule. You could choose from the KUDOS template "Member Reaches Points Milestone", and tweak the action to have the email sent to yourself (and/or email them to congratulate them on reaching the milestone!), or even add an action to set a custom title for them.
Let me know if you have any questions or want help tweaking the rule.
