Hi Kelby,

Are you referring to support topics in the Support module? If so, Crowdstack will always include the body in those emails for Support Reps (only). Thus, your end users will not see the full posts in these emails. I'm guessing that's where the discrepancy lies, so there shouldn't be anything you need to do.

Hi Kelby,

No, there is no way to turn that off. Again, it's not exposing any private information. It just makes life a little easier on your Support Reps since they can see the content of the support posts in their email. Again, all non-Support Reps won't have the full messages included in the emails.
