Flash works in hoopla, but of course, not on iPads and Android (latest versions). We had a really good flash logo on our homepage vAnd our recent site stats told us 18% of our users were using those OS', and thus, seeing a big blank space where our...
You already know that you can insert images into your Hoop.la posts by clicking "Add Attachments." But do you know how to refine the SEO value for each image? This quick tip offers some additional options that may help optimize your post (and make it easier to read for accessibility purposes). You'll notice there's an Attachments box at the bottom of the post, which is where you can adjust the Title and Caption if you'd like to do so. The Title field will default to the filename, but it's...
What do you think of this? If you're intrigued keep reading. If not; Move along folks. Nothing to see here. Fork to a New Topic We have the cool feature that let us fork a post to a new topic. and the post then gets a tag like this. The Problem But people will often reply to the post anyway - and that just makes things difficult. I just did this. When you click the Read More button it returns to To make this happen. I actually think that's a completely valid point Xochi! Very often highly technical folks have a hard time explaining things in a simple way, and non-technical folks can't really express the hard-core information you need. It's an art not a science, for certain. I think how we'd like to handle that is by tag-teaming those really slippery technical questions, training everyone to listen first, and truly making sure that even the unspoken concerns get addressed. And if you ever feel like...

Bing lists this as a High Severity issue. My site has been dropped from indexing by Bing. Is there a way to keep <h1 class="title" and replace <h1 class="pageTitle" with something else? Thanks

Select "Add Embedded Widget". Create a Custom Embedded Widget and copy the code. Modify the widget code to show your desired content (e.g., "last 50" posts). Add Scrollbar Code: Paste the following code...
